Muji Eco-pavilion in Emptiness Exhibition Space

Muji Eco-pavilion in Emptiness

In 2023, during the China International Import Expo, Atelier Forth Force specially designed a pavilion consisting of 7,524 interlocking wooden components. That was the exclusive pavilion for Muji, dedicated to the brand spirit: Nature, Naturally and Muji. Throughout the 6 day exhibition, as the pavilion wall transitioned from existence to non existence, 1,254 visitors to the Muji pavilion took away the screen system. Following the dismantling of the wall, the wooden components would be reassembled into a set of storage systems suitable for home use.

Snow Park Exhibition Center

Snow Park

Snow Park is an exhibition center for a large indoor ski resort. The interior is arranged as six themed scenes: Ice Lake, Ice Tunnel, Ice Cave, Ice Light, Ice Cone and Ice House. Glass fiber reinforced gypsum shapes the flowing walls and ribbon-shaped light fixtures, while translucent ice jade stone lines the tunnel area. Spirito Table Lamp

Spirito

Spirito is a table lamp inspired by the glass ball used in spiritualistic rituals. The lamp has the stylized silhouette of a classic table lamp and is made of transparent blown glass with a gradient coating. The LED light source is placed in the base and directs the light upward, so the upper shade glows without visible wires or metal supports. The light is then reflected downward and forms a halo on the table surface. The glass elements are stacked on each other without fasteners, which removes visual noise. The lamp measures 420 mm in height and 260 mm in diameter.

The gradient blue tones are printed with spot color overprinting, and the circuit lines are coated with local UV varnish for a raised effect.

MRC Vison Market

MRC Vison

Marche Vison is a food market built in Taki town, Mie prefecture, Japan. The complex is divided into four wings set under large curved roofs. Stepped slabs are linked by slopes, and the pitch of the wooden frames is aligned to form one continuous space. Smaller volumes stand beneath the roofs, creating a walking area of alleys and plazas. The open-air space under the roofs keeps visitors in contact with the seasons and reduces energy use. Rain falls from the eaves as a curtain, and local wooden louvres face the expressway.
