Vanke Yanming Lake

The architectural form replicates the direction of the mountain and lake, and is rotated and dislocated on the second floor of the building to form an 18-meter-long viewing platform, which outlines a highly sculptural form with natural and flexible curves. The arc-shaped exterior wall is like a blank canvas, and with the technique of white space, nature becomes the creator of architectural picture scrolls. With the simple and elegant tones, the charm of light and shadow are intertwined, which together outline a simple and pure world.

A perfect solution for coffee lovers looking for proper Italian espresso experience at home. The touch sensitive user interface with acoustic feedback has four selections and a temperature boost function offering a tailor made experience for every taste or occasion. The machine indicates missing water, a full caps container or the necessity for descaling through additional illuminated icons and the drip tray can be adjusted easily. The design with its open spirit, quality surfacing and sophisticated detailing is an evolution of Lavazza’s established form language.

Aoxin Holiday

The hotel is located in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, a city well known for its wine, whose design is inspired by the local wine cave, a space that evokes a strong desire to explore. The lobby is the reconstruction of a natural cave, whose related visual connection extends the concept of the cave and the local urban texture to the internal hotel, thus forming a distinctive cultural carrier. Designers value the passenger's feeling when staying in the hotel, and also hope that the texture of the material as well as the created atmosphere can be perceived on a deeper level.

Sberbank Headquarters

Swiss architecture office Evolution Design in partnership with Russian architecture studio T+T architects has designed a spacious multifunctional atrium at the new corporate headquarters of Sberbank in Moscow. The daylight flooded atrium houses diverse coworking spaces and a coffee bar, with the suspended diamond shaped meeting room being the focal point of the internal courtyard. The mirror reflections, glazed internal façade and the use of plants add the sense of spaciousness and continuity.
