Playoho

PLAYOHO Art Pavilion comprises of 28 nos. of circular rings on columns with different materials and characters which moves in wind and cast shadows on ground. It creates a free public space for citizens to stop their hectic pace, stay, and hang around freely. Appreciating the skylight and wind. It encourages the public to slow down and rest on the lawn and have a moment of free play, or doing nothing practically but watching the wind move the rings.

Gates of Light

GATES OF LIGHT brings the monumental structures on the Afsluitdijk (legendary Dutch dike built in 1932) back to their former glory. In the dark, the architecture of these structures is illuminated by the headlamps of passing cars, reflecting the light through small prisms. If there are no cars on the road, the structures are not illuminated. This way of using light requires zero energy and does not contribute to light pollution.

Mangata Patisserie

Mangata is visualized in Swedish as a romantic scene, the glimmering, road-like reflection of the moon creates on the night sea. The scene is visually appealed and special enough for creating the brand image. The color palette, black & gold, imitates the atmosphere of the dark sea, also, gave the brand a mysterious, luxury touch.

WUHAN WUSHANG MALL CINEMA 9F

The designers adopted the rotating motion of film reels as the theme of this cinema. Huge round plates with 2.8 meter diameter are arranged across the ceiling to form an enormous ceiling feature. The wood pattern and the lighting effect together create a sense of movement and suspension, resembling film reels frozen in the midst of rotation. In the auditorium, ceiling and walls are covered with small brown discs made from sound absorbing panels, as if film reels flying towards the audience.

Creative Incubators

Creative incubators is a temporary building left over from the Shanghai World expo, the final structure of the internal structure is relatively complex. In order to show the feeling of this nudity messy, designer deliberately did not avoid the the traces of hard hit between the wall and the original structure in the design, but to make them like a sculpture on the wall which form a three-dimensional picture.

Conceived from the perception of the new ways of using space and the new habits of the contemporary everyday life, this sofa stands out due to the many functions it can perform with the addition of accessories to its backrest, making it possible to study, work, place and store objects, and recharge electronic devices in the same space. Spot comes in many shapes, suiting several layouts and supplying in one place the needs of a room. It also stimulates the often forgotten human relations, creating a welcoming and functional environment that is capable of conceiving memories.
